This commit included the following: - Prevent double posting by showing a "posting..." animation - Reset form on success - Autosizing of textarea - Decent form design - Show confirmation and "post another" link after success - Highlight edited field - Change the display order of topics - Validate form inputs (mandatory fields) - An esthetic look for the list of topics, which include the avatar - Show topics and link on the book home
